1311.08 CRIMINAL PROHIBITIONS.
   (a)    No person shall remove or deface any placard affixed to property pursuant to Section 1311.05(h).
 
   (b)    No person shall enter any land or structure that has been ordered vacated and to which a placard has been attached pursuant to Section 1311.05(h) of this Chapter.
