The Building and Zoning Commissioner and all duly appointed assistants acting under the supervision of the Building and Zoning Commissioner are authorized to enter upon any premises and into any building, dwelling or other structure for the purpose of conducting inspections reasonably required by or appropriate to the discharge of the duties enumerated in Section 1311.03 of the Codified Ordinances in accordance with general laws governing the conduct of administrative inspections.
