925.20 PRECEDENCE OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES.

   The following ordinances heretofore adopted by Council are unaffected by and shall take precedence over Sections 925.16 and 925.17, and shall be given the same force and effect as if published in full herein:

   Ordinance 1509. Providing for construction of sewers along Ayersville Avenue, Milwaukee Avenue, Cleveland Avenue, Moll Street and Leever Street and establishing a tap fee.

   Ordinance 1512. Providing for construction of sewers in Anthony Wayne Addition and establishing a tap fee.

   Ordinance 1569. Fixing the tap fee covering the fifteen-inch Moss Street sewer.

   Ordinance 1738. Authorizing a contract with Herman Arps for construction of a sewer on North Clinton Street.

   Ordinance 2323. Providing that sewer taps to property benefiting from the sanitary sewer along East Second Street from Squires Avenue to Island Park Avenue and along Island Park Avenue to Elmwood Drive be granted with provisions.
