§ 14.04.010 CREATION OF CEMETERY.
   There is established and controlled by the city a city cemetery for burial of human remains located approximately one mile west of the city, to be known as the Hillcrest Cemetery.

§ 14.04.012 SURVEYED AND PLATTED.
   The city cemetery shall be surveyed and platted into lots and blocks and the plats shall be placed on file and of record with the County Clerk and Recorder.

§ 14.04.014 OWNERSHIP OF CEMETERY LAND.
   Ownership of portions of the cemetery land has been transferred over the years for burial grounds: Catholic Bishop of Helena (1910); Masonic Temple (1927); Loyal Order of the Moose No. 533 (1927); and American Legion Post #10 (1927). The city provides perpetual care for these lands under contract or other agreement.
