§ 14.04.042 CLERK TO ISSUE OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT.
   Individual cemetery plots shall be purchased from the City Treasurer who shall, upon receiving the purchase price of the plot, issue to the purchaser a written ownership agreement signed by the Mayor and the City Clerk.
