There is hereby established a Plan Commission, which shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by the Village President by and with the advice and consent of the Board and the Village President as an ex officio member. The President (with the approval of the Board) shall designate one member to be the chairman of the Plan Commission, to serve for one year.
