(a) The village manager or director of building and zoning is authorized to revoke or suspend any permit issued hereunder for any of the following reasons:
(1) Failure to comply immediately with any emergency water conservation regulation.
(2) Making any alteration, change or addition to any part of the air conditioning system without first obtaining a permit from the director of building and zoning.
(3) The use of water from the village main in excess of the amount permitted under this article. (1963 Code § 23.404)
