ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 23-19. Construction Of Building; Contractor To Pay Flat Water Fee:
   During the construction of any building and before any water is installed as provided for under this chapter, the contractor so constructing such building may be permitted to use the municipal water supply by making application therefor, and paying the flat fee prescribed by the board of trustees from time to time. (1963 Code § 23.305)
