(a) All water connections to the municipal supply, including, without limitation, connections to a fire hydrant, must be equipped with an adequate water meter, furnished by the village.
(b) Each lot, parcel of land, or building using water from the municipal supply must be serviced with the individual water service connected to the water main and each service provided with a separate meter.
(c) A person who violates this section is subject to a fine in an amount of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day a violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation. (1963 Code § 23.301; amd. Ord. 0-19-25, 9-3-2019)
