ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 23-13. Excavations:
   (a)   Excavations for installing service pipes or repairing the same shall be made in compliance with this Code and the ordinance provisions relating to making excavations in streets.
   (b)   No person shall place any service pipe in the same excavation with, or directly over, any drain sewer pipe. (1963 Code § 23.204)
