In accordance with the provisions of section 22-24 of this chapter, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle on the following alleys, drives or ways at a speed in excess of the specified speed:
In Deerfield Village Centre, at the southwest corner of Waukegan Road and Deerfield Road, a speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which any motor vehicle may be operated on the main drives through the Deerfield Village Centre property, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated February 20, 2001, by and between the village and Deerfield Village Centre, LLC.
