(a) No person shall knowingly give false information or falsely affirm or swear to any matter in the application for license or obtain such license under this article by fraudulent means or display upon a motor vehicle or motor bicycle a village license plate or sticker not issued for such vehicle or display a fictitious or fraudulently altered vehicle license plate or sticker.
(b) The village manager shall suspend or revoke the license of any person who violates the provisions of this section, and such suspension or revocation shall be in addition to all other penalties provided in this chapter. (Ord. 0-66-31 § 21.009a)
