(a) The village shall not be responsible for damage to any vehicle while in a village parking lot (whether or not such damage results from the condition of the lot or its appurtenances) or for loss of any property contained in such vehicle.
(b) The permission given by this article to any person to park a vehicle in the village parking lot is conditioned upon his acceptance of the exemption of the village as in this section provided.
(c) Every person so parking a vehicle in a village parking lot shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such exemption. (Ord. 0-71-32, § 21A.08)
