The village may, by appropriate lines or markers, divide any parking lot into stalls. In such case, each vehicle shall be parked within a stall, with its sides parallel to the adjacent boundaries of the stall, and at least one foot (1') distant therefrom. (Ord. 0-71-32, § 21A.03)
