Sec. 22-125. Sale of abandoned or unclaimed bicycles.
All abandoned or unclaimed bicycles and unidentified bicycles coming into the possession of the Police Department shall be held for at least six (6) months and then sold at public auction under the direction of the Chief of Police, in accordance with State law. (M.C. 1963, sec. 20.715 and Ch. 20A.)
