(a) No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any sign, poster or other nontransparent material upon the front windshield, sidewings, or side or rear windows of such vehicle which materially obstructs, obscures or impairs the driver's clear view of the highway or any intersecting highway.
(b) No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any objects placed or suspended between the driver and the front windshield or between the driver and the rear window which obstructs the driver's clear view of the highway.
(c) The windshield on every motor vehicle shall be equipped with a device for cleaning rain, snow or other moisture from the windshield, which device shall be so constructed as to be controlled or operated by the driver of the vehicle.
(d) No object, stationary or mobile, shall be placed on or suspended from the rearview mirror, front windshield, rear window or any other part of the inside of a motor vehicle except (1) religious or lodge statues or statuettes not exceeding 6 inches in height and (2) wearing apparel which is suspended behind the driver and in a manner so as not to obstruct the driver's clear view of the highway.
(e) No person shall drive any motor vehicle when the windshield or rear window is in such defective condition or repair as to directly impair the driver's vision to the front or rear.
