Sec. 22-48.1. Right Turn Permitted On Red:
   Vehicular traffic facing a steady red signal at an intersection may turn right after stopping as required by section 22-8 of this chapter, but shall yield the right of way to pedestrians lawfully within an adjacent crosswalk and to other traffic lawfully using the intersection. (Ord. 0-75-44, § 1)
   Right turn on red shall not be permitted at the following locations:
   (a)   Turning east from Kipling Place onto Deerfield Road between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. (Ord. 0-79-51, 8-6-1979)
