(a) No operator of any vehicle shall make a "U" turn at any place herein designated in this Section.
(b) "No U-turn" signs shall be posted within the following described areas:
(1) Waukegan Road within 350 feet north from the center of the intersection with Deerfield Road and within 567 feet south from the center of such intersection.
(2) Deerfield Road within 447 feet east of the center of the intersection with Waukegan Road and 345 feet west from the center of such intersection. (M.C. 1963, § 20.311.)
