The fee for the issuance of a fence permit is provided for in section 6-79 of this code and set forth in the annual fee resolution adopted by the corporate authorities. In the event that the on site inspection necessitates the expenditure of additional sums by the village, then such additional expenditures shall be borne by applicant as an additional fee.
