ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 19-42A. Ramping of New and Reconstructed Sidewalks.
   (a)   In the event that any property owner shall either install or repair any portion of a sidewalk which directly abuts a street intersection, such sidewalk shall be either installed or reconstructed to provide for a ramp to assist handicapped persons in accordance with specifications approved by the Village Engineer. (Ord. 0-77-70, 11-7-77)
