Sec. 19-20. Views At Corners, Intersections And Curb Lines; Requirements And Regulations:
   (a)   Definitions: As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings hereafter set forth:
      (1)   Curb: Shall mean and include the edge of the street pavement or the edge of the traveled portion of an improved street surface where there is no curb.
      (2)   Nonregulated Intersections: An intersection of two (2) streets neither of which is controlled by a stop sign or a traffic control device as defined in chapter 22 of this code.
      (3)   Regulated Intersections: An intersection of two (2) streets, one of which is designated as a "stop street" as defined in chapter 22 of this code and the other of which is not controlled by either a stop sign or a traffic control device as defined in such chapter.
      (4)   Property: Shall mean and include public as well as private property.
      (5)   Plants: Shall include trees except those whose branches have been trimmed to a point not less than six feet (6') above the ground, or which have no such branches.
   (b)   Unsafe Intersection: Whenever a nonregulated or regulated intersection shall be declared to be an unsafe intersection, the existence of fences, walls, parapets, shrubs, bushes and other plants at a height in excess of thirty six inches (36") above the adjoining street grade at such intersection is expressly found and declared to be a public nuisance which unreasonably obstructs or interferes with vehicular traffic visibility tending to create a dangerous or hazardous condition whenever such fence, wall, etc., is located within the following areas:
      (1)   Nonregulated Street Intersections: The areas within triangles formed by extending each of the nearest curb lines of the adjoining two (2) intersecting streets to two (2) points, each up to but not exceeding ninety feet (90') distant from the point of intersection of said curb lines and a line connecting said two (2) points as determined by the board of trustees for the particular intersection.
       (2)   Regulated Street Intersections: The areas within triangles formed by extending the nearest curb line of the adjoining regulated street to a point up to but not exceeding ten feet (10') from the point of intersection of the curb lines herein described and by extending the nearest curb line of the adjoining nonregulated street to a point up to but not exceeding three hundred feet (300') distant from the point of intersection of said curb lines and a line connecting said two (2) points as determined by the board of trustees for the particular intersection.
   (c)   Prohibition and Abatement:
      (1)   No person shall construct or install a fence, wall, parapet or similar structure or plant or allow to grow any shrub, bush or other plant in such location to such a height at such intersections as would constitute a public nuisance, as herein defined and declared.
      (2)   No owner or occupant of any lot or parcel adjoining a street intersection declared to be an unsafe intersection shall fail, neglect or refuse to remove any existing fence, wall, parapet or other structure at a location constituting a public nuisance as herein defined and declared or shall fail, neglect or refuse to remove, trim, cut or prune any existing shrub, bush or other plant at such locations within thirty (30) days after such intersection has been declared to be an unsafe intersection pursuant hereto.
   (d)   The following intersections are hereby declared to be unsafe intersections:
         Castlewood and Garand
         Central and Appletree
         Dartmouth and Birchwood
         Deerfield and Appletree
         Deerfield and Beverly
         Deerfield and Brierhill
         Deerfield and Deerpath
         Deerfield and Heather
         Deerfield and Kenton
         Deerfield and Oxford
         Deerfield and Warrington
         Deerpath and Deerfield Road
         Fairview and Laurel
         Greenwood and Stratford
         Hazel and Broadmoor
         Indian Hill and Central
         Laurel and Birchwood
         Margate and Kenton
         Montgomery and Castlewood
         North and Waukegan
         North and Wincanton
         Oxford and Kingston
         Oxford and Margate
         Oxford and Warwick
         Warwick and Kenton
         Warwick and Knollwood
         Waukegan and Northwoods
         Waukegan and Westgate
