In the event that, as provided by the terms of the reciprocal public passenger vehicle licensing agreement, the village is advised by a participating municipality that said municipality has amended the provisions of its public passenger vehicle licensing ordinance in areas related to the inspection, licensing and maintenance of public passenger vehicles and licensing of public passenger vehicle drivers, the village president may rescind said reciprocal licensing agreement and require full compliance by the public passenger vehicle companies with all village ordinance regulations relating to the licensing and operation of public passenger vehicles and licensing of drivers as they apply to all other licensees within the village.
