Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or shall be imprisoned in the village or county jail for a period of time not to exceed ten (10) days, or both fined and imprisoned.
