Sec. 18-37. Refusal Of Passengers To Pay Legal Fare; Fraud:

Compare to:

(a) No person shall refuse to pay the legal fare of any of the vehicles established in this chapter after having hired the same.

(b) No person shall hire any public passenger vehicle with intent to defraud the person, from whom it is hired of the value of such service. (Ord. 0-91-55, 12-16-1991)
