After a public passenger vehicle has been hired by one or more persons traveling together, the operator shall not pick up other persons without the express permission of the person or persons first engaging the public passenger vehicle. An appropriate sign shall be posted indicating the restrictions on shared rides. (Ord. 0-91-55, 12-16-1991)
