(a) If the village manager shall be satisfied that the applicant satisfies the requirements set forth in section 18-20 of this chapter, and is a fit person to be licensed, such application shall be approved and the license issued; if not so satisfied, the village manager shall refuse to issue such license and shall notify the applicant. The applicant shall have the right to a hearing and appeal in accordance with the procedures established by the village manager.
(b) The chauffeur license shall be displayed at all times in the public passenger vehicle in plain view of the passenger. (Ord. 0-91-55, 12-16-1991)
