Sec. 18-21. Investigation:
   Upon receipt of a completed application form, the village manager shall make or cause to be made a careful and diligent investigation, including fingerprinting the applicant. The report of such investigation and a copy of the traffic and police record of the applicant, if any, shall be considered in evaluating the application. (Ord. 0-91-55, 12-16-1991)
