(a) Subject to the fulfillment of the terms and provisions of this Chapter, including passing the vehicle inspection as required by Section 18-13, the Village Manager is hereby authorized to issue the public vehicle license to the applicant.
(b) The Village Manager shall assign to the public passenger vehicle a public passenger vehicle license decal which shall be affixed to the certified inspection plate. Such inspection plate shall be visibly displayed on the left side of the rear bumper of the public passenger vehicle.
(c) It shall be the duty of the Village Manager to keep a register of the names of persons to whom licenses are granted, the date of issuance, the number of the license and the description of the vehicle licensed. (Ord. 0-91-55, 12-16-91)
