Sec. 2-65. Removal of Village Manager.
   The Village Manager may be removed from office by a majority vote of the President and all Trustees then holding office; provided, that no action to so remove the Village Manager shall be taken at a regular or special meeting of the Board of Trustees unless ten (10) days prior thereto, written notice of such proposed action shall be given to the President, each of the Trustees and the Village Manager; provided, further that, prior to the taking of such action, the Village Manager may request of the President and/or the Trustee(s) proposing such action, written charges or statement of the reasons for such proposed action and shall be afforded the opportunity to be heard in response thereto.
