ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 2-48. Procedure for the adoption of new or amended rules.
   These rules may be amended or new rules adopted by a majority vote of all members of the Board. Any such alterations or amendments shall be submitted, in writing, at the preceding regular meeting and shall be placed on the agenda under order of new business. This requirement shall be waived only by unanimous consent, with a recorded vote of all members. (M.C. 1963, § 2.216)
