Any person who is found to have violated this article shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Every person convicted of any violation under this article shall, in addition to any penalty provided in this Code, forfeit to the Village any assault weapon. (Ord. 0-18-06, 4-2-2018)
