ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 2-42. Voting; request to be excused from voting.
   (a)   Every member present when a question is put shall vote either "aye" or "no", unless the Board shall, for special reason, excuse him from voting.
   (b)   Request to be excused from voting must be made before the votes are called for; otherwise a passed vote shall count with the majority voting.
