ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 15-19. Gambling Prohibited 1 :
   (a)   No person shall gamble or commit any act constituting gambling as the same is defined by state statutes.
   (b)   No person shall possess any gambling device or paraphernalia with the intent to use the same for an unlawful purpose; and any such device or paraphernalia kept with such intent may be confiscated by any member of the police department.
   (c)   No person shall maintain or patronize any establishment maintained for a gambling house or resort.
   (d)   No person shall advertise any gambling house or gambling resort in any street, alley or other public place within the village. (M.C. 1963, § 28.001 (§ 28.101); amd. Ord. 0-70-41)
