No person shall disrupt or disturb any lawful assemblage or gathering in the village by conduct, actions or behavior that is either riotous, turbulent, disorderly, noisy, rude or indecent. (M.C. 1963, § 28.010 (28.110); amd. Ord. 0-70-41)
