(a) The board shall hold its regular meetings on the first and third Monday each month at seven thirty o'clock (7:30) P.M., prevailing time, effective with the first regular board meeting in October 2001, and no notice to the president and board of such regular meetings shall be required. (b) The meeting place of the board shall be at the village hall unless otherwise ordered by the village board. Provided, however, that if the meeting date shall fall on a legal holiday, the board shall meet on the day following.
(c) Special meetings may be called by the president or any three (3) trustees upon at least twenty four (24) hours' notice, in writing, to all members and the president; provided, that if all the trustees are present at a special meeting no notice of such meeting shall be necessary and such notice shall be deemed waived.
(d) The village clerk shall have the duty of giving such notice to third persons of regular and special meetings of the board as may be required by statute. (M.C. 1963, § 2.103)
