No film production permit shall be required for film production activities that are for personal use, for news or for news features. In addition, no film production permit shall be required for film production activities of students provided such activities are in conjunction with coursework, either at an accredited educational institution or at an adult education program that is conducted under the auspices of a school district, park district or community organization that either is located in West Deerfield Township or is supported by taxes paid in whole or in part by residents of the Village.
