(a) The Village Manager may revoke or suspend any license issued under this article if he determines that:
(1) The application contains a false, fraudulent or materially misleading statement;
(2) The licensee, or any officer or director of licensee, has violated any provision of this article or of law.
(b) No such license shall be revoked or suspended except after a hearing by the Village Manager or his designee with a three (3) day written notice to the licensee affording an opportunity to appear, hear the violations found by the Village and present reasons why the license should not be revoked or suspended.
(c) Within five (5) days after such hearing, if the Village Manager determines that the license should be revoked or suspended, the Manager shall state the reason or reasons for such determination in a written order of revocation or suspension and shall serve a copy of such order within such five (5) days upon the licensee.
