Any license or permit for a limited time may be revoked by the President or Board of Trustees at any time during the life of such license or permit for any violation by the licensee or permittee of this Code or the ordinance provisions relating to the license or permit, or to the premises occupied; such revocation may be in addition to any fine or penalty imposed.
