The official plan of the village shall consist of the following:
(a) The 2004 comprehensive plan of the village of Deerfield, including the following planning elements, all of which shall comprise the comprehensive plan of the village of Deerfield:
(1) Existing land use map dated September 2004 (fig. 2.1).
(2) Future land use plan dated September 2004 (fig. 3.1).
(3) Annexation policy plan dated September 2004 (fig. 3.2).
(4) Transportation system plan dated September 2004 (fig. 3.6).
(5) Bicycle plan dated September 2004 (fig. 3.7).
(6) Parks and open space plan dated September 2004 (fig. 3.8).
(7) Community facilities plan dated September 2004 (fig. 3.9).
(8) Village center subarea plan.
(9) Lake Cook/Waukegan district subarea plan.
(10) Lake Cook Road corridor subarea plan.
(11) Deerfield Road corridor subarea plan.
(12) North Waukegan Road gateway subarea plan.
(13) Briarwood country club subarea plan.
(14) Hovland subarea plan.
(15) South of Lake Cook Road subarea plan.
(16) LaSalle and surrounding parcels subarea plan.
(b) The specifications for street construction and paving established by the president and board of trustees.
(c) The zoning ordinance.
