ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 2-13. Municipal Retirement Fund 1 :
   All nonelected officers and employees of the village on the regular payroll, other than policemen subject to the police pension law, are under the provisions of the Illinois municipal retirement act, and the contributions and payroll deductions prescribed in the said act shall be made pursuant thereto. (M.C. 1963, § 10.114)
