ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 2-11. Termination Of Office; Delivering Books And Records:
   Every officer of the village, upon the termination of his term of office, for any cause whatsoever, shall deliver to his successor all books and records which may be the property of the village and if no successor has been appointed within one week after the termination of the term of office such property shall be delivered to the village manager. (M.C. 1963, § 10.111)
