(a) Any nursing home or sheltered care home shall be operated in conformity with the minimum standards and rules and regulations promulgated, from time to time, by the state department of mental health pursuant to 225 Illinois Compiled Statutes 65/19 and 65/26, as now in effect or as hereafter amended.
(b) All licenses and renewals issued under this article shall be on a form prescribed by section 14-4 of this code. (M.C. 1963, § 18.705; amd. Ord. 0-73-68, 11-19-1973)
