Sec. 12-29. Evidence To Be Submitted To Obtain License:
   (a)   Before a license shall be issued, the person applying, if an individual, shall submit evidence satisfactory to the village manager that he is not less than eighteen (18) years of age, of reputable and responsible character and in sound mental health.
   (b)   If the applicant is an association or corporation, evidence of the facts described in subsection (a) of this section shall be submitted as to all persons having charge, direction or supervision of the home or institution.
   (c)   Every applicant shall, in addition, submit satisfactory evidence of his ability to comply with the minimum standards and with all rules and regulations promulgated under this article. (M.C. 1963, § 18.704; amd. Ord. 0-73-68, § 18.704)
