Sec. 12-28. Application For License; Contents:

Compare to:

(a) A person desiring a license shall file with the village manager a verified application conforming to the requirements of chapter 14, "Licenses", of this code.

(b) The application shall be on a form prescribed, prepared and furnished by the village manager. (M.C. 1963, § 18.703; amd. Ord. 0-73-68, § 18.703)
