(a) No person shall deposit anywhere in the Village any refuse, garbage, offal or carcasses of dead animals, except in suitable containers as may be prescribed by the Village for collection and disposal by the Village or a licensed scavenger.
(b) Any uncovered refuse is hereby declared to be a nuisance.

Sec. 12 6. Burial of human bodies limited to established cemeteries.
No person shall bury any person within the Village limits, or within a mile thereof, except in an established cemetery.
