Sec. 11-49. Toilet Facilities; Construction And Sanitary Requirements:
   (a)   Every restaurant shall be provided with adequate and conveniently located toilet facilities for its employees, conforming with this code and the ordinances of the village.
   (b)   In restaurants toilet rooms shall:
      (1)   Not open directly into any room in which food, drink or utensils are handled or stored.
      (2)   Have doors that are self-closing.
      (3)   Be kept in a clean condition, in good repair, and well lighted and ventilated.
   (c)   Hand washing signs shall be posted in each toilet room used by employees. (1963 Code § 14.510)
