(a) No person shall operate a restaurant in the village without first having obtained a license therefor, or without full compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (1963 Code § 14.501)
(b) The fee for restaurant licenses shall be the amount set forth in the annual fee resolution adopted by the corporate authorities. (Ord. 0-12-36, 10-1-2012)
(c) Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the village manager on a form to be furnished by him and shall comply with the general provisions of this code relating to licenses. (1963 Code § 14.501)
