ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 11-40. Definitions:
   (a)   As used in this article:
      (1)   Restaurant: Shall be construed to mean and include any place where food or drink (other than alcoholic liquor) is prepared or served to the public for consumption on the premises;
      (2)   Food: Shall include beverages other than alcoholic liquor. (1963 Code § 14.503)
