(a) Applications for licenses under this article shall comply with the general provisions of this code relating to applications for licenses. (1963 Code § 14.202)
(b) The annual fee for licenses under this article shall be the amount set forth in the annual fee resolution adopted by the corporate authorities. (Ord. 0-12-36, 10-1-2012)
