Sec. 11-13. License Required; Definition Of Food:

Compare to:

(a) No person shall use any vehicle for delivery or sale of food intended for human consumption in the village, at retail, without having first secured a license therefor.

(b) The term "food" as used in this section shall include nonalcoholic beverages and milk. (1963 Code § 14.201)
